US Last Mile Operations Executive - Logistics

We are seeking a dedicated Last Mile Operations Executive to join our team in Karachi, located at PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal. This role involves supporting and optimizing delivery operations for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics, particularly last mile operations, and possess strong coordination and communication skills in English. This position requires working in rotational shifts and offers a competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers to efficiently manage pickup and delivery schedules.
- Oversee the daily operations of the delivery center to ensure smooth functioning.
- Address and resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and escalations promptly.
- Plan routes effectively and manage load distribution to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Support the onboarding process for 1099 delivery drivers as needed.
- Monitor load management to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US logistics or last mile operations.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including evening and night schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Additional Information
The position operates on a six-day workweek with one weekly off. Rotational shifts include 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM and 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The salary range for this role is PKR 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience.
