Job Description

  • We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints about US-Based company.
  • You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work in night shifts and working overtime (if required).
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, Live Chat, or social media.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Interested candidates can call on these mentioned numbers anytime between 10 am-06 pm. (Please note that we have only night shifts available).
