We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team based in Bahria Town Rawalpindi. This full-time role requires working on-site during night shifts to align with US business hours. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in generating leads, engaging with US property owners, and closing profitable wholesale real estate deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and sales abilities are essential to succeed in this fast-paced US real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential property sellers within the US market.
- Generate and qualify leads for real estate wholesale transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective clients.
- Negotiate property deals and follow up with sellers to successfully close transactions.
- Manage leads efficiently by maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate closely with acquisitions and dispositions teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, with a clear American accent preferred.
- Previous experience in US real estate sales, cold calling, or a related sales role is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
