US Sales Closer – Construction Estimation

We are looking for a skilled US Sales Closer with expertise in construction estimation services and experience working with clients based in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. This role demands strong communication skills, confidence, and a target-driven mindset. The position is located in Johar Town, Lahore, operating on a fixed shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. This is an on-site role, and candidates from Lahore and Islamabad are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Communicate effectively with US clients to understand their needs and provide tailored construction estimation solutions.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to ensure steady progress toward closing deals.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and consistently meet sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fully met and expectations exceeded.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales related to construction estimation services.
- Ability to independently manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to engage US clients effectively.
- Strong client-handling skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Experience working specifically with clients from the United States.
- Target-oriented mindset with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Confidence in presenting and closing deals successfully.
