We are seeking motivated Sales Agents and a Leads Retention Manager for full-time, on-site positions based in Karachi, focusing on the US telecom market. These roles involve engaging with US customers, managing leads, and ensuring customer retention while working night shifts. The ideal candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets and supporting team performance in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle communication with US-based customers effectively to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on incoming leads promptly and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Retain existing customers by addressing their needs and ensuring continued service engagement.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- For the Leads Retention Manager role, manage and coordinate follow-up teams to optimize lead conversion and customer retention efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high standards of productivity and service quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom or a related industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in the US market.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Demonstrated capability in lead conversion and customer retention strategies.
