US Truck Dispatcher & Accounts representative

7 Sky Inc is looking for an experienced and results-oriented US Truck Dispatcher who can efficiently manage the company’s invoices and accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the US trucking industry, strong broker negotiation skills, and a proven track record of securing profitable loads. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of generating and clearing invoices accurately. This role requires someone who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication with brokers, drivers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and book profitable freight loads using DAT One and other load boards.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers to maximize revenue.
- Dispatch and manage Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, and Hotshot trucks effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers to ensure ongoing business.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to guarantee on-time deliveries.
- Maximize truck utilization and overall revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and prepare operational reports for management review.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a US Truck Dispatch campaign.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience using DAT One and other freight load boards.
- Familiarity with handling Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Hotshot trucking operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of freight rates, lanes, and dispatch operations within the US trucking industry.

This position has eight vacancies and requires candidates with relevant US Truck Dispatch experience only. The role involves working in person during night shifts, ensuring direct coordination with the team and clients.

Salary for this role ranges from PKR 60,000 to 85,000 per month, plus commission.
