US Truck Dispatcher

Astral Logistics Solutions, a dynamic US truck dispatch company based in Faisal Town, Lahore, is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our on-site team. This full-time role operates on a US-aligned night shift and involves managing and booking loads for 2-3 trucks. As a key liaison between carriers, brokers, and drivers, you will ensure trucks remain loaded, routes are optimized, and operations run smoothly and profitably. Key Responsibilities

- Search load boards such as DAT and Truckstop, and engage with brokers to secure high-paying loads.
- Negotiate rates effectively to maximize profit per mile for each truck.
- Manage daily schedules for 2-3 trucks, planning routes to minimize deadhead miles.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and any road issues.
- Handle rate confirmations, carrier packets, and broker onboarding documentation accurately.
- Track loads in real time, providing timely updates to brokers and carriers.
- Coordinate detention, layover, TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used), and breakdown situations professionally.
- Ensure timely submission of Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proof of Delivery (PODs), and invoices.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with brokers and carriers.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of loads, rates, and overall performance.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in US truck dispatching.
- Strong understanding of US freight operations, load boards, rate negotiation, and lane planning.
- Ability to independently manage dispatching for 2-3 trucks.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, with a confident and professional phone manner.
- Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations, hours of service, and broker/carrier documentation requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to work the US-aligned night shift reliably.
- Disciplined, target-driven, and dependable work ethic.

- Competitive basic salary up to PKR 60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and interview performance.
