US Truck Dispatcher - Trucking Campaign

Astral Logistics Solutions is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join their team on-site in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the US trucking dispatch industry, with a solid understanding of load booking, rate negotiation, and carrier management. This role involves managing truck dispatch operations focused on the US market, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a night shift schedule and full-time employment with opportunities for performance-based growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and dispatch trucks to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Book loads using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.
- Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize profitability.
- Plan routes efficiently to maintain on-time performance.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers and clients.
- Handle all necessary documentation, including rate confirmations and proof of delivery (PODs).
- Track shipments and resolve any issues that arise during transit.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in US truck dispatching.
- Strong knowledge of load boards and dispatch software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Basic salary up to PKR 60,000.
