USA Campaign - Female Customer Sales Executive (Night Shift)

Platynum Code, a rapidly growing international technology and digital solutions company, is expanding its night shift operations for USA-based campaigns. We are seeking motivated and confident female professionals to join our team as Business Development Executives / Telesales Executives. This role involves engaging with international clients through outbound and inbound calls, understanding their needs, and effectively pitching our services. The position offers a competitive fixed salary along with uncapped commissions and bonuses, providing excellent earning potential. Candidates will work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM and will be based at our office in Wapda Town, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound and inbound calls for USA campaigns with professionalism and clarity.
- Communicate effectively with international clients, identifying their requirements and presenting suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects to foster trust and business growth.
- Consistently achieve and surpass daily and weekly sales and conversion targets.
- Accurately document all call details and customer information in the company’s CRM system.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills, including a clear accent and strong listening abilities.
- Confident, persuasive, and self-driven personality with a positive attitude.
- Fresh graduates or candidates new to the call center industry are welcome, provided they have a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM comfortably.
- Willingness to commute daily to the office location in Wapda Town, Lahore.
