USA Trucking Sales Closer

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Trucking Sales Closer to join our team in Lahore on a full-time night shift schedule. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of acquiring US owner-operators and carriers, showcasing strong sales skills that go beyond simply making a high volume of calls. This role demands someone who can effectively identify potential clients, build trust, and close deals within the US trucking industry, contributing to the company’s growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Consistently acquire US owner-operators and carriers through focused and targeted outreach efforts.
- Conduct confident cold calls, professionally manage objections, and close sales efficiently.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects to build trust and encourage long-term partnerships.
- Apply a thorough understanding of US trucking and dispatch operations to address client needs effectively.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, actively contributing to the expansion of the company’s footprint in the US trucking market.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in US trucking sales.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring carriers and owner-operators.
- Strong cold-calling skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of the US trucking industry and dispatch processes.

- This position is not a typical call-center role; the emphasis is on quality interactions and closing sales rather than high call volume.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 50,000.
- Uncapped, performance-based commission structure offering significant earning potential.
