Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join their HR Services team in Karachi. This role focuses on driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and promoting a range of HR solutions and manpower outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within HR services or recruitment, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This full-time position requires a proactive individual capable of generating leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients to create new business opportunities in recruitment, manpower outsourcing, and HR deployment services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across diverse industries.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and presentations to effectively promote company services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate the preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Identify relevant tender opportunities and manage the preparation and timely submission of technical and commercial bids.
- Follow up on proposals, negotiate commercial terms within approved limits, and support the conversion of business opportunities.
- Manage client contracts, including documentation, renewals, amendments, and expiry tracking.
- Maintain strong client relationships by following up on ongoing opportunities and identifying potential for account expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from business development to service delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and convert opportunities into business.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on follow-up and relationship management.
