General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of employees, and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all departments.The Manager will play a key role in driving growth, implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead the sales department and enhance the sales process by directly contacting customers.
Lead and manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, optimize resources, and enhance overall efficiency.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing department (16-year education); preferred MBA, ACCA, advanced degree preferred.
5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales and marketing department.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Experience in agriculture, dairy farm, or machinery-related field will be preferred.

Benefits:

Competitive salary: 100,000-150,000 Rs/month.
