Reporting to the CEO, the senior sales and application engineer is responsible for developing the business and grow sales for the company products primiraly in the industrial automation / energy managment market and related industries.
At UTF Labs, we are developing cutting edge solutions to bring to our customers into the industry 4.0 era. We are building end to end solutions, in the domain of Internet Of Things (IoT), Industrial Internet Of Things(IIoT), BioTech, AgriTech as well as Industrial Process Automation.

The JD is to:
- Investigate market and detects trends & specific market / cutomer needs for each customer segment and each product family.
- Introduce new products to existing customer base and identify new distribution target customers.
- Expand and deepen the company's customer base and revenues.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin.
- Provide market feedback competitive intelligence and hit-rate information to business and sales leadership.
- Track sales leads, wins and losses, perform analysis on hit-rate data.
- Coordinate technical training presentaions to create preferences for UTF labs.
- Participate in industry and local distribution organizations to build relationships.
