UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join an international technology company on a part-time, freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating clean, intuitive user interfaces and proficient in Figma. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to translate design concepts into HTML and CSS, ensuring seamless collaboration with development teams. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for both web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and visual appeal.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final mockups using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with developers and the product team to implement designs effectively.
- Ensure every screen delivers an excellent user experience and aligns with project goals.

Required Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating practical UX/UI design experience in real-world projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including wireframing and prototyping capabilities.
- Solid skills in HTML and CSS to facilitate clean and accurate design handoffs to developers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design.
