Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the distribution of motorcycles and related products to dealerships, distributors, and customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the distribution process, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure timely production and delivery of motorcycles to meet demand.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of inventory throughout the distribution process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, distributors, and transportation partners to ensure smooth and efficient distribution operations.
- Analyze distribution data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage distribution costs to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in distribution and logistics.
What We Require:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the automobile sector.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities in the market.
- Knowledge of inventory management and distribution software.
- Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry is a plus.
