Our fast-paced Creative Art Department is seeking a full-time/Part-time Illustrator to join our team as we create innovative designs and illustrations for our products. Ideal candidates must be able to take direction and transform complex information into effective visual solutions-both on time and within budget. Applicants must be able to convert sketches into vector artwork.
We're looking for a motivated self-starter who possesses a high degree of personal accountability, a clear sense of ownership, and the ability to adapt to change quickly in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Open to all experience levels.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (mandatory skills testing applies)
- Convert sketches into vector artwork and digital drawing
- Ability to build technically sound files quickly and according to established guidelines
- Solid understanding of Storybooks drawing and eBooks like Amazon Kindle
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet simultaneous demands
- Flexibility in schedule to meet hard deadlines
