Requirements: -

• Able to communicate fluently and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Must be able to write business proposals and cover letters.
• Quality project selection and bidding.
• Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Phone conversations, chatting applications and Skype depending on the
requirement from the client
• Good Influencing and negotiation skills
• Must be able to understand basic software development paradigms and terminologies.
• Acquiring business through Freelancing channel (Upwork).
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Sales/Marketing from a reputed institution.
Responsibilities:
• Communicating with potential clients by phone or chat software
• Selling company services to the clients over Upwork.
• Managing company portfolio
• Take ownership of the assigned tasks
• Evaluate process by weekly
• Prepare the next action plan
