VAIVAL Technologies is seeking Management Trainee HR to join our team at the Lahore office. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellence, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a well-rounded knowledge of human resources practices.
Responsibilities:
•Support in the Recruitment & Selection process.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures set by management.
• Manage HR Administrator tasks with the help of the HR Manager. • Support in the Orientation & Onboarding of the new employee.
• Conduct orientation sessions of junior and technical staff
• Assist training and development programs.
• Assist in Payroll Process.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Facilitate in off-boarding of resigned employees. • Responsible for updating employee database regularly.
• Conduct market survey’s related to market-based compensation structure and employee benefits.
• Maintain personnel records of all employees of the Company confidentially.
• In consultation with Manager HR, develop comprehensive training need assessments for all positions and maintain gap analysis.
Requirements:
• Fresh Graduate
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Expertise in MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English, particularly good drafting skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, reasoning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Knowledge of HR best practices.
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
