Role Objectives:
- Establish clear positioning, identify target audiences, and develop comprehensive marketing plans across various channels and segments.
- Lead marketing programs from concept to completion, fostering internal support and promoting teamwork.
- Dive deep into customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis to craft successful strategies.
- Conduct detailed analytics reporting across multiple platforms to guide future campaign developments and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the email, performance marketing, and web teams to design and refine lead-nurturing tactics.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives across all communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Oversee the development of high-quality social media content, marketing materials, and digital content, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Conceptualize and implement multichannel campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle, aligning messaging across all channels.
- Manage content for customer and internal touchpoints, set budget guidelines, engage in events, document business processes, and support sales initiatives.
- Extract customer and market insights to improve outreach strategies, boost customer conversions, and generate qualified leads.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyze performance data, and optimize based on findings.
- Present strategies, ideas, and results to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across all levels of the company.
- Openness to travel, particularly if relocation to the U.A.E. is required.
