- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient, polite, and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Graduation from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including night and weekend shifts.
- Basic understanding of tracking technology and software is a plus but not required.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
