• Independent process implementation reviews & timely escalation of process-gaps.
• Project metrics analysis using statistical techniques.
• Defect prevention activities.
• Good knowledge on ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO 18001.
• Good communication skills – verbal & written.
• Good at imparting process related training.
• Should be carrying valid UAE driver's license.
• CSQA, ITIL, 6 Sigma certification would be an added advantage
