We are a US based Medical group. We are in the process of launching a back office in Lahore, Pakistan. We require agents to handle our appointment phone calls and to enter the appointment data in our web based appointment calender.
As this job involves providing back end services to our US based entity, the timinigs of this job are Mon to Fri from 5pm PST to 1 am PST.
The Skills required for this position are:
1) Fluency in english language,
2) Fluency in computer usage,
3) Strong Interpersonal / peoples skills,
4) Ability to handle customers over the phone.
Basic training will be provided at the start.
