Varioline Kitchens are the pioneers of the state-of-the-art integrated kitchens in Pakistan.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Business Development
· Responsible for the development of kitchen sales to meet annual sales objectives; meet or exceed sales targets for mix of products and services related to cabinetry, countertops, hardware and appliances.
2. Sales
· Provide our customers with high quality design options based on their objectives and budgets.
· Produce designs utilizing software used by the company effectively.
· Develop accurate layouts and material specifications.
· Create accurate pricing proposals.
3. Sales Execution
· Process transactions related to the order on an accurate and timely basis.
· Oversee the installation process to insure quality and customer satisfaction.
· Provide consistent communication to builder, homeowner and internal sales teams throughout the course of the project.
· Facilitate resolution of problems, including warranty claims with vendor, installer and customer.
4. General
· Work as a team to identify opportunities to improve customer service, quality and reduce costs
· Keep displays current reflecting industry trends
· Keep showroom well merchandised; clean, tidy, and well accessorized
· Prioritize customers in the showroom by CPS:
ü Customers: Walk-in traffic is top priority; the customer in front of you is the most important task at hand
ü Phones: promptly end the phone conversation when customers are in the showroom
ü Other Stuff: finally, desk work does not take precedent over walk-in traffic, prints, designs, etc.
5. Company Values
· Demonstrates and exhibits Varioline Kitchens core values in work and all interactions with customers and Varioline Kitchens staff
6. Performs other related duties as assigned by management team, or requested by customer
Requirements
- Be minimum Graduate in the field of creative arts.
- Have pleasant personality with artistic approach.
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer savvy.
- Fresh Graduates preferred.
