- Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, etc.)
- Processing shipments in EDI software and perform data entry related to sea shipment
- Segregation/sorting/matching of executed/completed documents
- Sending of pre-alert to Overseas Agents, faxing or emailing B/L / documents to Shipper, etc.
- Monitoring and following up of export shipment and checking shipment status regularly
- Attending phone calls from customers
- Arranging local handling services
- Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports
- Perform duties as assigned by manager
- 6 days / 60 hours ( after confirmation)
