We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase sales revenue and expand the product category. The Business Development Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including vendors and suppliers.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote new products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue and expand the product category.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that new business opportunities are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to network and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to travel to attend industry events and meet with partners.
