We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Resource to join our dynamic team at a beauty eCommerce store. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry. As a Performance Marketing Resource, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing brand visibility, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, target audience, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns and promotions that align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and CPA, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and advertising platforms to maximize campaign performance and budget efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, landing pages, and other marketing assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines across all marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in optimizing campaigns based on key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, CPA) and using A/B testing methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and experience in working with third-party vendors or agencies is a plus.
