- Generate captivating and shareable content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement social media campaigns aligned with organizational objectives.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, proposing innovative ideas for social media content.
- Support in organizing and promoting company events through social media channels.
- Demonstrated passion for social media and familiarity with various platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
