CarAdvisers is seeking experienced Vehicle Inspectors on a need-based and project-based contract to support customer inspections and projects in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. This role involves conducting detailed vehicle inspections using the CarAdvisers Inspection App and diagnostic tools. Payment is made per inspection or on a mutually agreed project basis. The position requires travel to various customer locations within the designated areas. High-performing inspectors may have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles as the company expands, depending on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle components including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, bodywork, and paint.
- Identify and report mechanical, electrical, and bodywork issues accurately.
- Utilize vehicle inspection tools and adhere to established inspection procedures.
- Record inspection findings precisely using the CarAdvisers App.
- Prepare and submit professional inspection reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain CarAdvisers’ quality standards and deliver excellent customer service throughout the inspection process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in vehicle inspection, including the use of inspection apps and toolkits.
- Strong knowledge of car mechanical and electrical systems, including understanding vehicle parts and their functions.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, mechanical repairs, electrical diagnostics, dent and paint assessment, or automotive servicing.
- Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
- Own a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license.
- Ability to travel independently to customer locations within the assigned regions.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- An automotive diploma combined with practical inspection experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working with online automotive marketplaces or digital inspection applications is advantageous.
