Vehicle Tracking Officer

AR Trakker, a Karachi-based company specializing in GSM-enabled tracking technology, offers monitoring solutions for vehicles, fleets, fuel, cold chains, assets, containers, gensets, and bikes. We are looking for a dedicated Vehicle Tracking Officer to join our team. This role involves supporting daily vehicle monitoring operations and ensuring prompt, effective customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor assigned vehicles and tracking alerts using the company’s web portal and associated systems.
- Review operational data including location, route, stoppage times, speed, ignition status, and other relevant parameters.
- Respond promptly to any irregularities or alerts to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with field teams and customers to resolve tracking issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of monitoring activities and prepare reports as required.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems related to tracking devices and software.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to management regarding fleet performance and any emerging concerns.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client inquiries related to vehicle tracking and status.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in vehicle tracking, fleet management, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with GPS/GSM tracking systems and monitoring software.
- Ability to analyze and interpret operational data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple vehicles and alerts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using web-based tracking portals and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent situations.
