Vendor Registration & RFQ Executive (Mid)

Vorson, a diversified B2B execution partner since 2006 and part of the TAG Group family of companies active in professional services since 1998, serves a wide range of clients across corporate gifting, textiles and workwear, printing and packaging, digital signage, and marketing execution. We are seeking a Vendor Registration & RFQ Executive to independently manage vendor onboarding processes and handle RFQ and tender responses for our target accounts. This role involves working closely with corporate, institutional, and government clients to ensure timely and compliant submissions, while maintaining strong relationships with procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue vendor registration opportunities across corporate, institutional, and government portals.
- Prepare complete and compliant registration submissions in line with client requirements.
- Lead the preparation of RFQ and tender responses, coordinating pricing and technical inputs from internal teams.
- Track submission deadlines diligently and follow up on the status of registrations and RFQs.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with procurement contacts at registered accounts.
- Monitor and flag new RFQ and tender opportunities as they arise to ensure timely action.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or B2B business development.
- Strong skills in documentation and compliance handling.
- Proven experience in preparing RFQ and tender responses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
