Vendor Relations Specialist

Comtanix is seeking a dedicated Vendor Relations Specialist to join our team at Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi. This is an onsite night shift position, with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Friday. As a Vendor Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing vendor partnerships and ensuring smooth operational processes that contribute to our continued industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new vendors into the company’s systems, ensuring a seamless integration process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to guarantee timely and accurate processing of drop shipments.
- Analyze vendor performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve vendor concerns by providing strategic and practical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to enhance processes, vendor relationships, and customer service levels.
- Develop and propose additional reporting tools to increase awareness of vendor performance metrics.
- Monitor new product launches, market trends, costs, and pricing to keep the company informed and competitive.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely receipt of policies and pricing data.
- Participate in resolving pricing-related issues and contribute to corporate initiatives involving pricing strategies and processes.
- Conduct outbound calls and schedule regular meetings with vendors to maintain open communication.
- Represent Comtanix professionally at all times, ensuring quality and integrity in all interactions.

This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to PKR 100,000. The position requires physical presence at the designated location, reflecting the importance of direct vendor interaction and onsite coordination.
