Zamanat, supported by Disrupt.com, is pioneering the global market for Digital Shariah Assets. The company integrates structuring, regulatory pathways, technology, service providers, and distribution readiness to enable fund managers, asset owners, and ecosystem partners to bring real-world assets to market through a single accountable counterparty. Its focus includes private credit, real estate, private equity, and commodities, with the Gulf region as its initial market. Zamanat’s first fund—a DFSA-regulated, DIFC-domiciled tokenised private credit vehicle for professional clients—was launched in Dubai in September 2026. The next phase involves securing mandates from asset owners and gaining trust from allocators. Disrupt.com, an operator-led company builder with a portfolio valued over USD 850 million, backs Zamanat and includes companies such as Cloudways, PureVPN, SQUATWOLF, and Secure.com.
