As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining various applications within the Ultra ecosystem, including our game store, administration dashboards, crypto wallet, and more. You will also work on Electron-based desktop applications, ensuring a smooth and immersive user experience.
This position offers the opportunity to work on new apps in the web3 ecosystem, leveraging the best gaming blockchain technology. You will collaborate closely with a talented team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain gaming-oriented applications within the Ultra ecosystem.
- Build and optimize new dApps on top of our blockchain infrastructure.
- Work on Electron-based desktop applications, ensuring high performance and usability.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to create seamless user experiences.
- Implement best practices for front-end development, including design patterns, component reusability, and responsive design.
- Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web3 trends, frontend technologies, and gaming industry innovations.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
- Strong expertise in Angular and comfortable working with TypeScript.
- Experience with Node.js, ideally within Electron-based applications.
- Proficiency in CSS, Bootstrap, and precompiled CSS (SASS/LESS).
- Understanding of common design patterns (Observer, Factory, Facade, etc.).
- Strong Git proficiency and familiarity with Feature Branch Workflow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and great interpersonal communication skills.
- Prior experience with web3 projects, blockchain, and crypto wallets.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with EOS-based dApps.
- Familiarity with other frontend frameworks/libraries (React, Vue.js).
- Knowledge of progressive web applications (PWAs).
- A passion for gaming and blockchain technology.
