Job Description

  • Responsible for sending new employee information and documents to Karachi office timely after completing hiring requirement as per set SOP.
  • Responsible for sending attendance, hold / left employees for preparing monthly and fortnight payroll.
  • Operating attendance portal. Generating reports, monitoring daily attendance, and resolving employee quires related to portal site.
  • Preparing full & final settlements.
  • Responsible for preparing employee undertaking and agreements as per requirement.
  • Coordinating with bank for opening bank accounts of new employees.
  • Responsible for implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for Industrial Relation i.e. EOBI, PESSI, Labor department etc.
  • Orientation of new employees and timely distribution of HR related circular and information.
  • Coordinating with Karachi office on all HR related matters.
  • Issuing / Drafting letters as and when needed.
  • Preparing job description of employees.
  • Maintaining confidential record and filing.
  • Handling employee queries related to all HR matters.
  • To assure safe working environment.
  • Any other task assigned by the HR Manager / Management
  • To follow the mission of the company.
