Pre and post disbursement verifications visits, verifications of Murabha invoices and suppliers under Micro Finance Program.

1.      Verifications

  • To conduct physical visit to applicant business and residential addresses for verification of their credentials.
  • Scrutiny and verification of information regarding applicants as narrated in the loan application form.
  • Verification of pre disbursement of Murabha invoices.
  • Verification with MIS and cross verify with hard data.
  • Effectively communicate and maintain good relationship with the between clients and staff for verification.
  • To handle and maintain confidential information.

2.     Other

  • Responsible for maintaining own professional development.
  • To comply with Organization’s policies and procedures in undertaking the above roles and responsibilities.
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties those are consistent with the job and at its level of responsibility as and when required by line management.
  • Take part in any cross organizational groups or learning sets which are appropriate to the job role

  • It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with principles as well as commitment to Organization’s Vision, mission, Safeguarding, PSEA and core values.

Essential:

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Management /Commerce or related field
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail to ensure high quality in one’s work.
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities; proven experience of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and using judgment and initiative in problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, with command on written and spoken English in particular.
  • Excellent levels of computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications and MF software.
  • Ability to work with a range of senior managers, peers and junior colleagues and build smooth working relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task several activities and duties simultaneously.

Experience

  • Minimum one year work experience with Bachelor degree/6 Months with Master degree in the relevant field preferably in MFIs.
  • A good working knowledge of governmental and financial regulations and laws.
