Verification Officer-DME (Female)

We are looking for a Verification Officer to join our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying patient and order information, conducting confirmation calls, and ensuring data accuracy in compliance with company and campaign standards. This role demands strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality throughout the verification process.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct verification and confirmation calls with patients and customers using approved call scripts.
- Verify patient information, order details, eligibility, and required documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all verification activities and handle customer queries professionally, providing clear and concise information.
- Meet daily and weekly verification targets while adhering to established quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and escalate suspicious, incomplete, or non-compliant cases to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with sales, processing, and other operational teams as necessary to facilitate a smooth workflow.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and customer information at all times.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in DME, BPO, verification, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and listening, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive verification tasks without compromising quality.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience working in a night-shift environment is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
- This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated work location.
