Verifier - Medicare

The Verifier – Medicare is a full-time, on-site position located in Rawalpindi. This role involves reviewing and confirming Medicare-related information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient and claim data. The verifier works in accordance with established guidelines and policies, playing a critical role in maintaining data integrity within the healthcare and insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Validate eligibility and coverage details for Medicare claims.
- Cross-check supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Update patient and claim records within internal data management systems.
- Identify and flag discrepancies or inconsistencies for further investigation and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to clarify information and support claim processing.
- Maintain adherence to compliance standards and confidentiality requirements throughout all verification activities.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to accurately review, verify, and update Medicare and healthcare-related data with strong attention to detail.
- Experience or familiarity with healthcare operations, insurance verification, medical billing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer use, including office software, data entry systems, and spreadsheet applications.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with internal teams and document findings clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to detect discrepancies, follow up on missing information, and apply guidelines appropriately.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Medicare processes, basic medical billing concepts, and compliance standards related to healthcare data.
- Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets within a structured, process-driven environment.
