The Verifier role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi. The primary responsibility is to confirm and validate information gathered through calls and other customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with campaign standards. This involves reviewing customer records, cross-checking details against predefined criteria, and updating internal systems with verified information. The Verifier will also communicate with customers or internal teams to resolve any missing or inconsistent data, maintain organized documentation, and adhere to established workflows and quality guidelines. Collaboration with supervisors and agents is essential to address discrepancies, meet daily performance targets, and contribute to ongoing improvements in verification processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and validate customer information collected through calls and other interactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review and cross-check customer records against defined standards and update internal databases accordingly.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to clarify missing or inconsistent information.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation following company workflows and quality guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data verification and documentation skills.
- Effective communication skills for clear and professional interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call center software.
- Ability to follow structured processes, manage time efficiently, and meet daily targets.
- Customer service mindset, demonstrating patience and professionalism when handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rawalpindi and adhere to shift schedules as required by campaigns.
