Verifiers & Closers Required | Night Shift

Theevioo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and skilled Verifiers and Closers to join our Final Expense (FE) Campaign on a night shift basis. This role is ideal for candidates with BPO or call center experience who possess excellent English communication skills and a strong target-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct verification calls to confirm client information accurately and efficiently.
- Close sales by effectively communicating the benefits of the Final Expense product to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales techniques and verification processes.
- Work during assigned night shifts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills to engage customers effectively.
- Sales or verification experience will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work confidently under pressure and meet targets consistently.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Availability to work five days a week at the Rawalpindi office.
