Theevioo is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Call Center Verifier to join our team at our Main Murree Road location, HM Plaza 1st floor (near Rehmanabad Metro Station). This full-time, on-site position operates during the night shift from 7 PM to 5 AM. The primary role involves verifying customer information collected during sales calls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer information provided during sales calls to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct thorough checks of customer data against internal databases and external sources.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in customer information.
- Communicate effectively with sales representatives and customers to gather additional information when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding data privacy and confidentiality.
- Document verification results and maintain accurate records within the company’s database.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline verification processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- At least 1 year of relevant call center experience is required.
