Theevioo is seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Call Center Verifier to join our team at our Main Murree Road location, HM Plaza 1st floor, near Rehmanabad Metro Station. This full-time, on-site position operates during the night shift from 7 PM to 5 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying customer information collected during sales calls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, a commitment to data integrity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer information provided during sales calls to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough checks of customer data against internal databases and external sources.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in customer information.
- Communicate effectively with sales representatives and customers to obtain additional information when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding data privacy and confidentiality.
- Document verification outcomes and maintain accurate records within the company’s database.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize verification processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
