Vertex It Service is currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer having a background of Automation and Manual Testing who will have a good understanding of recruitment process and sourcing strategies is a plus.The ideal candidate Must have expert level strong English Communications(Writting, Listening, Speaking). Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible to discuss the job requirement with    the hiring manager to write the Job Description.
  • You will actively strategize sourcing consultants from job portals, linkedin, C2C platforms or any other relevant sources. Screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
  • You will perform the Technical Screening interviews with respect to their tach stacks of shortlisted candidates and grill them technically.
  • You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
  • Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
  • Identify, Source, and message the best of the best technical talent at all levels in Engineering, Product Development, and Cloud.
  • The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates.
  • You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Educational background like BSCS, MSCS or relevant.
  • Must have 1 to 3+ years of software Quality Assurance using tools like Appium, Selenium, TestNG, Jmeter etc
  • To be a successful Technical Recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technologies, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process
  • Experience in recruitment processes and platforms like Dice, Indeed, Monster, and Linkedin.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring high level positions with niche skills sets.
  • Proven ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition
