Vertex Infotech Solutions is looking for an experienced Sr. QA Automation Engineer with solid experience in UI Automation frameworks (JavaScript) and expert in English communication. To ensure success as a Sr. QA Automation Engineer, you should have advanced programming skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent management and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the functionality of applications and designing automated tests to validate their performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Writing happy path, edge case, and error scenario automated test cases in the sprint.
- Work closely with other development and business teams, to ensure Integration testing benchmarks and requirements are achieved on time with consistency and with quality results.
- Finding bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code with the help of automation tools.
- We are strategizing and planning Testing solutions.
- Determine manual test cases that are candidates for automation
- Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners.
- Will conduct brown bag sessions to share knowledge among the team.
- Diagnose complex issues, evaluate, recommend and execute the best resolution.
Job Skills/Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in QA Automation with JavaScript.
- Should have hands-on experience working with WDIO (WebDriver IO).
- Experience of working with Sauce Labs or any related tool is a plus
- Knowledge of object-oriented and scripting development tools, techniques, and principles with expertise in, front-end web frameworks (required).
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal): ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
