The position includes managing a team of 5 individuals, requiring leadership abilities to guide and mentor team members effectively. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using best programming practices and appropriate frameworks.
Develop and integrate APIs ensuring they are secure, scalable, and well-documented using OpenAPI Specification (Swagger).
Implement and manage cloud infrastructure to support application deployment and scalability.
Build automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and improve release quality.
Utilize Git version control for source code management and collaboration.
Lead and manage a team of 5 developers, providing technical guidance and support to maximize team productivity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver software solutions aligned with business goals.
Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high code quality and performance.
Promote and enforce best practices for software development and team collaboration.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance stability and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and processes.
