- Prepare complete workings of Annual Return of Company
- Prepare Daily Transaction Summaries of all transactions
- Prepare Expense Statement on monthly basis
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements on monthly basis
- Prepare Credit & Recovery Report on monthly basis
- Manage the Petty Cash and Prepare Report end of the day
- Working also as Internal Auditor to conduct Audit of all Records
- Maintain Filing system of all records
- Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure
- Supervise the admin staff (Office Boy).
- Manage office inventory.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills and able to work independently to fulfill the tasks to completion
- Any task assigned by Management.
