- Perform Cleaning work
- Responsible for cleaning the office and office area indoor or outdoor
- Responsible for cleaning of all washrooms daily.
- Responsible for cleaning of windows in conference rooms, management offices, etc.
- Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed.
- Responsible to ensure proper dusting and cleanness of office furniture,chairs, desk, table, and window.
- Manage stocks of office (toilet tissues, cleaning products,) and request admin department when needed.
- Report to the Admin for need for new supplies, missing/damaged items or any repairs required
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Washing kitchen sets and utensils
- Ensuring germ-free kitchen by cleaning of different utensils used in the kitchen on time.
- Manage stocks and kitchen cleaning items properly (Dishwashing & cleaning products,)
- Timely raising request for kitchen cleaning items
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/BEHAVIOR
- Can read and write
- Have at least 3 year of experience.
- Passion about hygiene, flexible, reliable and able to work at a fast pace
- Must possess honesty and can do attitude. Ability to work under pressure.
- Plan for meals and snacks within given budgets; Conduct purchase of bulk and daily kitchen supplies at best quality and best price.
- Accountable for expenditures, providing supporting valid and authentic receipts to the supervisor
- Prepare and serve tea and lunch in accordance with the lunch and tea break time.
