We are a rapidly expanding technology firm searching for an accomplished and motivated Senior Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience working in a small tech company and a degree in pure computer science or engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain software applications utilizing Python.Design and implement efficient, reusable, and scalable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features.
- Troubleshoot and debug code issues.Keep up to date with the most recent developments and trends in software development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a tech company that is featured on Crunchbase.
- A bachelor's degree in pure computer science or engineering.
- Applied math is a related hard science degree that is also acceptable.
- Degrees that sound like computer science but are softer, such as telecom engineering, communication science, or management information science, are not as acceptable.
- Proficiency in Python and its libraries, such as Flask, Django, NumPy, and Pandas.
- A solid grasp of object-oriented programming and software development principles.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
