Verv is seeking passionate and creative Graphic Designers to join our team at the headquarters in Lahore. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on real projects for international clients, providing fresh and junior designers a platform to develop their skills and grow in a fast-paced environment. The Graphic Designer will focus on creating visual concepts, using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, to deliver compelling branding and identity solutions. Candidates should have at least two years of experience and be prepared to work onsite during night shifts aligned with US client hours.
The ideal Graphic Designer demonstrates strong skills in typography, print design, vector graphics, and user interface design. Experience with AI tools is preferred and will be an advantage in enhancing design processes. While this position does not involve managing a team, it demands collaborative work within a dynamic design department to support various projects comprehensively from concept to final deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create original graphic designs for branding, identity, print, and digital media tailored to international client needs.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to produce high-quality visuals including logos, vector graphics, and layout designs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, particularly those using Figma, to ensure cohesive and user-friendly interface designs.
- Apply principles of typography, color theory, and composition to develop aesthetically compelling and effective design solutions.
- Work diligently during assigned night shifts to align project timelines with US client schedules and provide timely design delivery.
- Implement creative thinking and innovative design techniques to meet project briefs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Support print design requirements by preparing artwork files suitable for various printing methods and ensuring quality control.
- Incorporate feedback from project leads and clients to refine designs and meet expectations for both style and accuracy.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for ongoing projects to enable seamless handoffs and revisions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, software updates, and AI design tools to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.
