We are seeking a proficient Arabic-speaking Customer Care Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Arabic-speaking clientele. This role requires fluency in Arabic, strong communication skills, and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers in Arabic through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other service-related issues.
- Work closely with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
