We are seeking experienced Veterinary Doctors or Sales Representatives who possess a strong background in sales and have well-established relationships with farmers in the Sindh and KPK regions. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and distributing our range of dairy and livestock products while providing exceptional customer service and support to the farming community. This role requires a proactive approach to building trust and maintaining long-term partnerships with livestock producers, ensuring that our products meet their needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with farmers and livestock producers across the assigned regions.
- Actively promote dairy and livestock products by educating customers on the benefits and proper usage of each product.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to address any queries or concerns from the farming community.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives that drive growth and market penetration.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Veterinary Science (DVM) or a related field is essential.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the veterinary, agricultural, or livestock sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships within the farming community.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Compensation and Work Location:
- The position offers a monthly salary starting from Rs. 30,000.00.
- This is an on-site role requiring candidates to work in person within the designated regions.
